Daily Comics

My friend, Nathan, invited me to take over his daily web comic while he was away on a meditation retreat. I made one comic per day for ten days. (March 18th - March 28th) This is what I came up with:

March 18th:

March 19th:
March 20th:

March 21st:

March 22nd:

March 23rd:

March 24th:

March 25th:

March 26th:

March 27th:
Making daily comics was fun and it was liberating to just experiment with style. It was a challenge, mostly because I had to limit the amount of work I put into each comic or else I wouldn't have time to do other less important things like eat and sleep. Drawing every day was a good experience though and has inspired me to create things more regularly instead of doing things on a "when I feel like it" time-frame, which ultimately results in my never making time for the things I want to create.

Daily comics might be a bit much since I much prefer focusing on bigger projects for a longer period of time, but I bet I could devise a reasonable and fairly regular schedule for creative endeavors of all sorts.
